How did I plan?

So the very first thing I did after getting the assignment was identify what I needed to do and follow the instructions that where listed so I could be specific when making my commercial. When I looked at instructions the first thing I noticed was the video had to be 2-3 minutes. This immediately told me that I needed to find good pictures that would keep my audience entertained. The other thing it also told me was that I would have to produce a quality video that had enough pictures to entertain for 30 seconds to 1 minute. So after learning the first instruction to this commercial I started combing through the archived photos I had on my phone and my moms computer to find good ones that would describe me properly. But in order to follow the interruption of 3-5 pictures I chose one picture that would properly describe me in each aspect I wanted to be described in. I was looking for pictures to cover my love for the sport of American football and my family, as well as my pet and my hobbies. 

After I found these pictures I selected however many I believed I would need to cover the 30 seconds to 1 minute required and set those aside. 

Then I went to the next instructions that meantioned that I needed to have 1 short video in my commercial. After learning this I looked through my videos in my phone and decided to have a video of my friends and I in class messing around and having fun during Spanish class the previous year. I thought this would be good to add because I added in my introduction that one of my hobbies was hanging out and having fun with my friends. There was only 1 more requirement left to do and that was to include a minimum of two songs. My top 2 favorite songs both where explicit and used vulgar language that I was not allowed to include. So I decided to go with 2 songs from nice artists that where clean, in order to portray a good image of my taste in music. I wanted to pick these kinds of songs because they had be an up and fast paced beat that would keep my audience in gaged with my commercial, and I wanted to liked the songs. I needed to pick songs that where clean and not explicit, which was a very big deal for me.Now that I had an idea of everything picked out that was in regulation for the commercial i had to design how to put it all together and what to use to do that. I chose to use cap cut to organize and cut the songs as well as insert the pictures and video the way that I wanted and it still come out nice and organized. After I chose cap cut I watched multiple videos and tutorials in order to learn how to properly organize everything the way that i wanted to within the times regulation. It took me a few attempts to get everything planned out and organized but I’m the end I think the product will be captivating and informational about me.
